Returns & Refunds Policy
Due to the intimate nature of our products and for health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on any items that have been opened or used.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receipt with your order number and photo evidence. We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund in accordance with your consumer rights.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs for non-faulty items (if accepted) are the responsibility of the customer.
Please note: All sales of lingerie, lubricants, condoms, and intimate toys are final, unless they arrive defective.
Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving your returned item.
